MEGAPAR Oral Tablet

Description

CONTENT:
Each tablet contains 600 mg oxyclozanide and 300 mg
Oxyclozanide
levamisole hydrochloride. 600mg
INDICATIONS: Levamisole HCL
For the control of gastrointestinal roundworms,
300mg
lungworms, tapeworms and adult liver fluke in cattle,
goats and sheep.
USAGE AND DOSAGE:
Oral use only.Dose according to body weight at the rate of 7.5 mg/kg body weight levamisole
hydrochloride and 15 mg/kg body weight oxyclozanide as follows:
Lamb 20 kg 1/2 tablet
Sheep 40 kg 1 tablet
Calf 120-160 kg 3-4 tablets
Cattle 200 kg 5 tablets
Note: Veterinary advice should be sought on appropriate dosing programmes and stock management to
achieve adequate parasite control.
DRUG RESIDUE CAUTIONS:
Cattle should not be slaughtered for human
consumption during treatment and within 20 days of
the last treatment. Sheep should not be slaughtered
for human consumption during treatment and within
17 days of the last treatment Do not use in dairy cows
and sheep producing milk for human consumption.
PRESENTATION: It is presented in 1 blister
containing 10 tablets.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
Cattle: 20 days, Sheep: 17 days.
Milk: Do not use.
