CONTENT:
Each ml contains 0.004 mg buserelin and 20 mg benzyl Buserelin
alcohol as an antimicrobial preservative.

INDICATIONS:
GYNAFACT Solution for Injection is used in the following areas to prevent various fertility disorders of
ovarian origin in cows, mares and rabbits and to improve pregnancy rates:
Cow:
• Treatment of follicular cysts (with or without symptoms of nymphomania)
• True anoestrus
• Delayed ovulation
• Early initiation of the postnatal cycle
• Improvement of pregnancy rate in artificial insemination procedures following synchronisation of oestrus
with a PGF2α analogue
• Improving the pregnancy rate
Mare:
• Treatment of follicular cysts (with or without symptoms of nymphomania)
• Ovulation induction to synchronise ovulation and insemination more closely
• Improving the pregnancy rate
Rabbit:
• Improvement of pregnancy rate in animals subjected to natural or artificial insemination
• Ovulation induction for insemination after labour
USAGE AND DOSAGE:
GYNAFACT Solution for Injection is preferably
administered by intramuscular (i.m.) injection but
can also be used subcutaneously (s.c.) or
intravenously (i.v.). The dose per animal is 10 to 20
µg buserelin in cows, 20 to 40 µg buserelin in mares
and 0.8 µg buserelin in rabbits.
PRESENTATION: 5 ml and 20 ml and sold in a
cardboard box as 1 20 ml vial and 10 5 ml vials.
