CONTENT:
Each ml contains 100 mg of enrofloxacin base. Enrofloxacin
INDICATIONS: 100mg
Treatment of bacterial infections caused by strains
susceptible to enrofloxacin.
USAGE AND DOSAGE:.
For cattle: 5 mg of enrofloxacin/kg body weight, corresponding to 1 ml/20 kg body weight, once daily
for 3–5 days. The product can be administered by slow intravenous or subcutaneous administration.
Not more than 10 ml should be administered at one injection site.
For sheep and goat: 5 mg of enrofloxacin/kg body weight, corresponding to 1 ml/20 kg body weight,
once daily by subcutaneous injection for 3 days.
Not more than 6 ml should be administered at one injection site.
DRUG RESIDUE CAUTIONS:
Cattle should not be slaughtered for human consumption during
treatment and within 5 days by intravenous administration and 12
days by subcutaneous administration of the last treatment. Sheep
should not be slaughtered for human consumption during treatment
and within 4 days of the last treatment. Goats should not be
slaughtered for human consumption during treatment and within 6
days of the last treatment. Milk taken from cows during treatment
and for 3 days (6 milkings) by intravenous administration and 4 days
(8 milkings) by subcutaneous administration after the last treatment
should not be used for human consumption. Milk taken from sheep
during treatment and for 3 days (6 milkings) after the last treatment
should not be used for human consumption. Milk taken from goats
during treatment and for 4 days (8 milkings) after the last treatment
should not be used for human consumption
