It is a light yellow-yellow powder containing 500 mg of
florfenicol per gr. 500 mg
INDICATIONS:
SIMFLOR 50 AQUA Oral Powder is effective against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria that cause
diseases in fresh (trout) and saltwater fish (sea bream, sea bass, salmon). In trout, it is used in diseases
such as Frunculosis (Aeromonas salmonicida), Red Mouth Disease (Yersinia ruckeri), Bacteria
Hemorrhagic Septicemia (Aeromonas hydrophila, A. Punctata, A. Sobria, Pseudomonas sp.) Columnasis
Disease (Flavobacter columnaris), Cold Water Vibriosis (Vibrio salmonicida), Lactococcus sp and Rainbow
Trout Fly Syndrome (Flavobacterium psychrophilum) In sea bream and sea bass, it is used in diseases
such as Vibriosis (Listonella anguillarum, V. alginolyticus, V. vulnificus) Pasteurellosis (Photobacterium
damseleae) Pasteurella piscicida; Bacterial Gill Disease; Myxobacter septicemia (Flavobacter spp.).
USAGE AND DOSAGE:
Unless otherwise recommended by a veterinarian, SIMFLOR 50 AQUA Oral Powder is mixed with fish feed and
administered orally. It maintains its effectiveness in fresh or salt water.

The rate of medicated feed may vary according to the temperature of the water and the
live weight of the fish. Fish should be starved for 12-24 hours before feeding
medicated feed. Preparation of medicated feed: Medicated feed should be prepared
daily and used immediately. In clean, dry and precise mixers (mixer), the weighed feed
and the carefully weighed SIMFLOR 50 AQUA Oral Powder are put into the mixer and
during the mixing process, 1% fish oil is sprayed (in the form of spray), mixed for 2-5
minutes and homogenized. The product is consumed instantly without storage.
PRESENTATION: Available in 100 g white colored plastic jars in
cardboard box, 1 kg and 2.5 kg white colored plastic jars without box.
TARGET SPECIES: Fish
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
At temperatures lower than 5 °C, the waiting time is 15 days. 7
days at 10 °C. Considering the fish species cultured in our country
and the water environments, if the water temperatures are higher,
the fish can be offered for consumption at the end of the 15-day
waiting period.
