INDICATIONS:
Cat, Dog: Treatment of inflammation, allergy and shock
Cattle: Treatment of inflammation, allergy and shock, Treatment of primary ketosis Induction of
labour
Goat: Treatment of inflammation, allergy and shock, Treatment of primary ketosis (pregnancy
toxaemia)
Horse: Osteoarticular inflammation (arthritis, bursitis or tenosynovitis), Treatment of
inflammation, allergy and shock
USAGE AND DOSAGE:
USAGE AND DOSAGE: Treatment of primary ketosis in cattle: 0.02-0.04 mg/kg of dexamethasone (5-
10 ml of product per 500 kg body weight) is administered intramuscularly as a single dose. Upper limit
dosage (0.04 mg/kg) may be necessary in case of persistence or recurrence of symptoms. Care
should be taken not to overdose in Channel Island race. For the induction of parturition in cattle; A
single dose of 10 ml is administered intramuscularly from the 260th day of gestation. Parturition
should begin within 48-72 hours after administration. For the treatment of arthritis, bursitis or
tenosynovitis in horses; It is applied 1-5 ml intra-articularly. This amount is for guidance only, the
physician should decide the amount of application. In intra-articular or intra-bursal applications, the
amount of fluid should be withdrawn from the application site. Asepsis rules must be followed at the
highest level. Asepsis rules should not be neglected in all applications. For doses smaller than one ml,
a suitable syringe must be used for correct dosing.
PRESENTATION: It is presented in vials of 20ml, 50ml and 100 ml.
