Akdeniz Vet B2B gives you two ways to request deletion of your account and associated personal data.

If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, start your request here. Send an email from the address associated with your account so we can verify the request and process the deletion securely.
You can delete your account directly inside the Akdeniz Vet B2B mobile application. Open the account or settings area and choose the Delete account option. You do not need to use this webpage if you still have access to the app.

Request account deletion ↗We will verify that the request comes from the account holder, delete the account and associated data covered by the request, and contact you if additional information is required. Some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal or regulatory obligations; any retained data remains protected and is deleted when the retention requirement ends.
